Visiting the website

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Technical connection data is processed, including IP address, time, requested page and browser and operating system information. This is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security and resolve errors; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. IONOS acts as a processor for the hosting service. Hosting logs are retained and deleted under the IONOS rules applicable to the respective contract. The website script creates no additional access logs. Email and WhatsApp enquiries

When you submit the form, the IONOS server processes your name, email address, guest count and travel dates, together with any selected accommodation, phone number and message. Name, email address, guest count, arrival and departure are required; phone and message are optional, and accommodation may remain undecided. The form cannot be submitted without the required information; you can also contact the operator directly. Your information is emailed to info@fewo-cosar.de. The recipient is the operator; persons assigned to handle enquiries may receive access within their authorisation. IONOS provides hosting and email delivery; checkdomain GmbH, Große Burgstraße 27/29, 23552 Lübeck, Germany, operates the recipient mailbox and processes the message for delivery and storage. The sending script does not permanently store the form content on the web server. Email messages are stored in the recipient mailbox. Accommodation enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as they concern pre-contractual steps. General contact enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in responding to your message. There are no automated booking decisions or profiling.

Please do not send sensitive data such as identity documents or payment details. No separate consent is required to process an accommodation enquiry. Enquiries are kept only as long as required to handle them and any resulting contract or to establish or defend claims. Where statutory retention duties apply, processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; the data must be deleted when these duties expire. The form does not delete mailbox messages automatically: authorised persons manage the messages.

External contact and booking links

Prices and availability are checked on request only; there is no connected availability calendar. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Booking.com and Google Maps open external services. A connection is established only when you click, at which point the provider may receive your IP address. Its privacy policy applies; depending on the provider, processing outside the EU or EEA may occur. When you contact us through WhatsApp, the operator processes the contact details and messages you send to answer your enquiry on the legal bases stated above. Logos and the 2023 Booking review image are loaded locally and do not embed external review services.

Your privacy rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation.
